em10, no one is saying they are all thugs but there is definately a % who are . As the links say far too may have been allowed to quietly resign without faceing any charge. Many of these have gone on to other jobs in security etc on the basis of their Police expierience .

Eddie, perhaps so, but if you read some comments on here and indeed in the papers, or watch the news one gets the impression that many police officers are racists thugs, which i do not believe.

It would appear from this article that the police are not racist thugs, far from it.

The senior police officers are warped in political correctness for fear of losing their prestigious positions or further promotions.

This in turn makes it very difficult for the 'cop on the beat' to preform his job properly, that being the protection of the ordinary law-abiding citizens.

There is a Christian Police Association.

As white people are hugely in the majority within the police force, they don't need an association. Their job is the association.

I am all for associations within any big organisation. It's hard to be in the minority.
