A Polish immigrant decided he needs some new glasses so he went to the optician.

The optician showed him a card with the letters:

I find it quiet nice the Polish and Russians now living and working in the UK.
Some people find it a threat, myself I find it interesting and I have some good Polish and Russian friends.
I do wonder what the Daily Mail headlines would have been a few thousand year back.
