Do you feel that people are getting a bit sick of all the hype about the games in London? My daughter and her family bought tickets for two events but have decided they don't want to go. They have sold them back through the official site. Eldest grandson is very happy as he will now be able to go to Army Cadet camp!

Heartily sick of it already. We can not afford it. With all the cut backs how can they justify the millions/billions it is going to cost. There is no way this can be recouped through tourism. The whole country is going to be held to ransom during July.

This is a giant ego trip for Seb Coe and friends, and of little serious value in any way shape or form to the general populace.

Sport is only exciting and important if you like it and / or do it - and the majority of us don't.
