Are the Direct Line Twins (assuming it's not 1 person playing both rolls) related to Johnny Vaughan?

Slight resemblance I think.

of course its one person!!! In the one with the dog it is the same dog!!! Therefore it must be the same person!!

His name is Julian Sims and yes he's just the one person. No relation to Johnny Vaughan as far as I'm aware.
