How to make sour(ed) cream.

Hi, I live abroad and have no chance of getting fresh cream nor sour cream, can I make sour cream substitute with either UHT single cream or UHT whipping cream and lemon juice??

Either. Depends how thick you want it.
Just add the lemon juice a few drops at a time and keep tasting it until it tastes right
