Yesterday we went on a St.Patrick's Day walk with some friends and their Irish Wolfhounds, what a lovely day we all had.

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Ann86, We have 3 Wolfies, aged 2,3,4 and breeding this year and of course we will need to keep a puppy :)) Feeding, they don't each as much as you may think, they get about 2 kilos of fresh raw meat a day along with raw chicken carcases, fish etc and some gloop that include their omegas and some molasses and a few other goodies like garlic etc.
sandyRoe, Wolfhounds are very laid back placid dogs, they are very unlikely to fight, the only time the boys may have a little grumble is when they are on leads, once the leads are off we never have a problem.
annemollie, yes we hear these comments every day, along with the: you could put a saddle on that, and who's taking who for a walk and if anybody asks if they bite, I say no, they just swallow!!
We had a fantastic day and looking forward to the next Wolfie walk in may :)
