Think I'll have an early one tonight. Losing an hour's kip knackers me. Anyone else affected adversley when we change the clocks or do you just take it in your stride? I've also wondered if it affects dogs with their feeding and 'walkies' times.
My three children used to take a few days to get into a new routine when they were babes.

Just take it in my stride, but my cat can't get the hang of it especially when the clocks went back. Instead of waking me at her usual 4.30am..it was 3.30am, so here's hoping for to-morrow.;-)

I am off as well. Saturated with football(5 games) so need a lie down.

'night all.
It just means i'll get up around 2ish instead of 1ish!! Just in time for the F1 highlights :)
Yes this one always hits me hard and takes a while to get used to. Far as I'm concerned the alarm will go off at 0530 for work Monday whether I've gone to bed early or not.
Off tomorrow so doesnt bother me
Arrgh. I`d forgotten. I hate this one. One hour and it knackers me too.

Working 2 -10 shifts so it doesnt really bother me.
The extra hour will ratter, you dont know it yet lol
If it's anything like previous years, half of my team will pitch up an hour late tomorrow afternoon... ;-)
bellazella, I work 2-10 pm, not affected by that hour, im always up at the crack of dawn anyway.
Doesn't bother me when they go back, but going forward takes me a few days to adjust.
