forced to admit liability
i was arrested by the police after one shop called them to say i returned something that was not theirs, their only evidence to the police at the time was a picture of me holding a beige trousers and the one they say i returned was black , they did not arrest me on the same day i returned the item , they did it the following week, so obviously any return will be checked and accepted by the shop before they issue the refund , the day i was arrested was few days later when i was just browsing in the same shop , i was taken to the police station and i was kept for nearly 7 hours , i suffered a lot : hunger, thirst, feeling cold after they took some of clothes, humiliation and bad treatment , they sent someone to search my house they could not find anything , they broke my closet , then i was questioned for hours with the police and solicitor they brought after i asked them several times , they kept showing me photos of me holding a beige trouser quickly to intimidate me , after those long hours with no food or water , and pressure from the solicitor to admit , he told me, i will only get a slap on the hand if i admited , i was very tired and extremely exhausted and just wanted to get out of it, especially after the solicitor told me if i do not admit i might be taken to court , so i admitted it and was given a caution, i did not mention that i have depression and anxiety seen gp several times in the past and on numerous medication, my condition worsened after that incident, i feel i was pushed to admit something i have not done, the reason being prolonged imprisonment, hunger and thirst , i feel awful and want to do something about it, i did not understand what i was doing or saying at the police station and the implication of cautions , i appreciate any help and advise, if there are any specialized solicitors i can get in touch with

is that right?
did you substitute the tags?
do they have cctv of you? your recipt will have the code of thre item on and the item tags will correspond.
