If turning left can I stop in the yellow box if my exit is not clear eg. ajunction has a crossing 10metres after turning left.

If you are turning right and the exit is not clear you CANNOT stop in the box.

you can only enter the box if you are turning right and awaiting on coming traffic to clear.
