my hands are so sore! If i put cream on - e45, aqueus etc, it really stings! Is there anything i can put on that will help the dryness, without stinging the cuts?

Try exfoliating your hands first. Take a good spoonful of sugar and mix with a little olive oil to a paste and rub it all over your hands - then rinse off your hands should feel a bit softer, then apply a really rich hand cream E45 is a good one. I also use an intensive cream by vaseline, when I'm feeling a bit rich I buy a tube of L'Occitane's hand cream with shea butter an excellent product but a bit on the dear side last one cost me £15 and that was a while ago. My grandmother used to rub olive oil into her hands and wear cotton gloves to bed, you could give that a go too. Hope these ideas help.
