Mrs MM posted on here using my profile. She decided to join herself but needed her own email addy. that's where the problems started. We are with sky. When I tried to create an additional user I hit a wall. They wanted an email for her, she ain't got one. When I put mine in it said " For security reasons a sky email is not allowed" I feel like I'm banging my head upon a brick wall. Any one got the solution? In easy language please, I'm not computer literate.

I had the same problem. I really don't like my name and so tried to create another one. Signed up for a new hotmail account and then waited and waited for an email from AB that never arrived :-(

Got a welcome email from both, but nothing from AB. :))))

Actually, one thing that has occured to me is that maybe they can tell that it's from the same IP address and therefore won't be allowed?

Have you tried the junk email boxes mik? Chances are they'll have gone in there.

I advise sleep then login tomorrow, you may find that Mrs MM then has 2 AB accounts to choose from?

Don't think so Pirate. I previously posted using a different email address and completely forgot my password so re registered on same computer with a new random email address, it's not used for anything other than AB

Hi this is NOX, my daughter just registered problem free with this account, she used her uk email address and on my computer, so if you are having issues then I don't think it's to do with anyone in the same family having an account.
