on this programme gillian mckeith often talks about the tongu ie cracks ulcers etc.. Any information on this or where I could find out?

What she says about tongue cracks is that a midline crack not reaching the tip can mean a weak stomach and nutrient deficiency. One thing she says to do is to food combine, or take digestive enzymes with your meals.
Teeth marks mean nutrient deficiency and she lists a load of foods that are good for your spleen. Sore tongues mean you should probably be taking B6 or iron supplements.
It's well worth getting the book - I think it was about �13.
