Anyway, in answer to your question, Yes.
Basically they have legs and feet like most other birds and animals, only as the lower leg hasn't any feathers and not a lot of flesh, they do look a bit like twigs. When you think about it logically, they are able to move and control their feet (claws, talons) so must have nerves and blood etc.
