Does anyone remember the name of the male Russian singer with an incredible vocal range and the song that made him famous. It was roughly 20-30 years ago...

We're unsure if that's the name - will try searching on Google using that name. The type of music he was famous for was classical church music and/or Russian folk music. My dad can "hear him singing in his head". I don't know if that's any help or just a sign of his hearing disorder.
