What makes these vile people treat the elderly like this. He's been imprisoned for 18 months. If he done that to grand parents......!!!

whatever you opinion is re relatives and care/nursing homes, this frail lady was abused by a staff member,, but the really sad issue is that her daughter had to install a camera in her room to get evidence of the abuse! so how many other nursing homes/care homes are abusing patients ?
