I'm watching loads of films recently and I have to say the best I've seen is hall pass, just a wonderful idea for a film, interested to see what ABers are currently liking!
I was really into biographical films for a bit there... Chaplin, Valkyrie, Public Enemies, Ed Wood etc... But now that you've mentioned Hall Pass I think i'll look out all my lads films! Pineapple Express and Role Models being my favourites of course :)
Yeah them two are absolutely amazing!! Hall pass is like a mature American pie I think personally, but pineapple express kept me laughing specially when he stabbed him with the fork!
Amelie is my most favourite film in the whole wide world, I love it, even if it has got subtitles. Love Actually comes second but only by a whisker. I don't know why I like them, probably because, as I'm a lazy cow, they are easy watching.
This has started me of now, I love The Maltese Falcon as well, never miss it when it comes on. I wish there was a black and white tv channel for film noir.
It has been my favourite since i first saw it as a child/teen, not sure why it appeals, some say it's cheesy, but the more you watch it the better it gets.
Then would add The Artist, a more recent film. I have raved about it on here, i just loved it.
