Trouble with that programme tinks is that sometimes I'm watching it (when in kitchen cooking like today) and think that the rooms already look more 'tasteful' than mine BEFORE the makeover!!

I hardly ever see this programme but I did today ...... I really can't believe they do all that in 60 minutess??? For instance how would the paint dry in that short time in order to put pictures and curtains up? Even the best of professionals couldn't work that fast without some bodging? They seemed a very nice family today, well deserving but was the father really on oxygen 24/7 as his daughter said, we didn't see it at all, he wasn't even breathless. Sorry if I am being cynical. Who pays for all this - £19, 000 today, and the family said he couldn't afford to decorate so did the BBC pay?

I guess that a lot of the material used is given in return for a mention on the programme. The production company probably pay for the tradespeople.

I seen the oxygen tubing hanging on the wall and i did notice the way he pursed his lips sometime when breathing so he was a bit s/o/b

Itv pay for it im sure!!! They probs use quickdry paint! Iv seen a couple which end up an 80min makeover though!!! Xxx
