one is for my flat and the other space belongs to the first floor flat. I was forced to park on the street and what is really annoying is that neither the police nor the council can do anything about it as it is private property....am I missing something or can we all go around parking wherever we like now and to hell with the idiots that have paid through the nose for a parking space on their property??

Are they a guest of the other occupier? they may have thought you'd be out for the day
ask them when you see them, then politely tell them your drive is private property.

I cant believe people are suggesting doing damage to the persons car?! they only parked on the drive, it can be sorted out without resorting to vandalism
