who would like to speculate as to the reason the so-called ringleader of the pakistani paedophile rapists after receiving a lenient sentence of 19 years..........'cannot be named for legal reasons'

the only reason i can think of is that he is up again on trial for further similar offenses or else has a sideline of terrorism

the word "child" can mean just about anything, but for the purposes of defining paedophilia, I think it means "below the age of puberty", which as far as I can tell the victims weren't. Only one was 13. The charges related to those under 16; for all I know there were other, older ones too.
