Visited my neck of the woods - she looked lovely. Everybody was in a good mood waving and cheering. Would you go to see her if she came to your town?

Yes, though there's more chance of seeing her by chance around here. She is in the habit of sneaking away to watch her horses run at Newmarket, just down the road. This is done without any ceremony at all. It's quite a surprise to see this little old lady making her way through , with everyone else, to the pre-parade ring, the only clue as to her identity being that...

She had a megawatt smile and lovely clear skin, I couldn't believe how close I was to her despite there being hundreds of people there and Philip looked good after his recent health scare.
Yep, I'd definitely take a wander down if she came to our town, not sure she'd want to mind.

I rememember the days before 24 hour tv the BBC always used to play the
national anthem before it closed down. I always stood to attention. Do they
still play it at the cinema? Haven't been for years!

It's quite a surprise to see this little old lady making her way through , with everyone else, to the pre-parade ring, the only clue as to her identity being that the gateman at the entrance to the members' area salutes her. One of her few 'private' moments in an ordinary place.
Went to a garden party at Buckingham Palace - the whole family were there and it was absolutely amazing - loved it to pieces - such a priviledge

I wish Kate and Wills had been with her !
