I've just sliced a piece of Brioche and layered a massive blob of Cornish Clotted cream over it, then layered sliced strawberries on top of the cream, then put another slice of Brioche on top with another thick layer of CCCream with banana slices on top, finished off with a slice of Brioche. It is to die for, nectar, so naughty but delicious.
I caught the end of Phil Vickery doing it on TV and I think I've got it right. Fighting a losing battle here resisting going to the fridge again. Anyone care to join me?

Sounds nice save for the brioche for me :)

It brings back memories of having it for breakfast when I was working in France and was never keen on it. The family I stayed with also got me, as I'm British, some lemon tea, urgh but I didn't have the heart to say I didn't like it, especially as they'd made an effort, so had them both every morning. I wasn't too keen on breakfasts haha, the rest of the food was lovely though :)
