Shed Mould

Any idea's how to get rid of mould from the inside of a shed?

Any help appreciated.

I imagine it's been caused by damp (water seeping in) and lack of ventilation. Obviously the first point is to check whether there's a leak in the roof which needs recovering. Opening a window or the door on mild days migh help to get some air blowing through but you can get fungus remover sprays for removing mould from bathroom tiles, etc. and spraying this on might help. Also washing down the wooden walls with a mild solution of bleach might remove the worst effects but you would need to leave a door or window open to dry it off. (Probably won't be very effective doing it in this damp weather - you need to wait until the weather is warmer and drier.)

The above advice looks good to me, i wonder if your shed is laying on wet ground ?

Mines raised up on a concrete base withwooden bearers underneath with some strips of roofing felt on top of that, touch wood its done the trick so far. It may be possible to raise the shed up with a car jack, to get something under the floor but obviously great care needs to be taken where soft ground is involved

you need to completely blitz it with a STRONG bleach solution, soak the surface, and then when its dry, paint with gloss to help is stop happening again.

try emptying the shed and fill a plant sprayer (the ones with a pump and hose) and spray

you could also fit some ventilation
