Bad Breath
i suffer from really bad breath even when i brush my teeth. is there anything which can help me with bad breath apart from chewing gum and sprays?

First is a trip to the dentist - tell them the problem, and ask them to investigate - don't worry, it's quite common, so don't be embarassed. If they draw a blank, ytou next stop is your GP - same again, ask for an investigation.
Bad breath is a sign that something is not right, so get it checked and erradicated before it becomes something more serious.
It could be a build-up of plaque. While you're waiting to get that dentist appointment, buy yourself some dental floss from the chemist.. If you haven't used it before, it comes in a plastic pack and is like fine waxed string. Pull it in and out between the cracks in your teeth once daily. . Often small particles can get caught there which get a bit manky because the toothbrush misses them.
But Andy is right. Bad breath can be a symptom of other problems, including digestive disorders, so get a dentist to check things out.
