help with computer and internet

In the 'title' box above I type the title of this question. The box has retained all my previous entries. I know how to clear these individually but is there a way to clear all such boxes on all sites? I enter many competitions and to clear all the backdated entries would take forever.
I have cleared by cache and my history. I tried clearing my cookies (I'm not really sure what they are) but was a bit confused as to what to do.
Can anybody help? I am using FF12 with Windows 7.

I did what chuck said and it didn't make any difference, but I know that option is there. It seems to give me more 'delete' options than going through 'tools'.
Chris - I knew that somewhere in 'privacy' for FF the answer was hiding from me but I didn't want to tinker in areas that I knew nothing about.
That's cheered me up a little. Any ideas on how to check a computer (my brain has shut down suddenly - it's the hard drive boxy towery thingy) for cat hairs can I hoover them out? She's up there again, wafting her big fizzy tail along the air vents. :-(

Rather than hoovering, a much better technique is to power the machine down, take it outside, remove as many of its panels as you can and blast it with a canister of compressed air: Amazon.co.uk User Recommendation

In an ideal world I would have access to the 'outside'. I live in a flat in the city centre of a new city. I could take it upstairs (so, technically it isn't a flat) and stick it under the skylight in the spare bedroom. I will give it some consideration - maybe blackmail/bribe one of my male friends in to lugging it up my frighteningly narrow stairs.
:-)
Have a good weekend guys
I am still trying to set up the quiz for the Oxfam BookFest (an Oxfam word I think) and this might keep me busy.

Right - that would explain why the name seemed to be everywhere when I woke up.
Have you any hints for me on this? http:// www.the answerb .../Que stion11 43634.h tml

use CCleaner, it will do all the things you want just click on the desired items of the browser in Application tab. Even you can fix the damaged registry by clicking on Registry tab of it. here is the download link http:// www.fil ehippo. ...7e71 3fc257a 1f02a10 c9/
