I'm a real wimp I know but dreading having a tooth pulled this afternoon. Haven't had a tooth removed since I was in my teens and was asleep for that. Think today it will just be an injection - aaaahhhhh. Will I need some paracetamol do you think?

A few moments for the injection and then it will as good as damn be done. Your dentist should give you a leaflet on what to expect after tooth extraction. Stock up on some ibuprofen/ paracetamol to ease any discomfort later in the day. As kiki said, think of what you can treat your self to and focus on that . Be sure to pop back on here later, we will want to hear how you get on. I am sure you will be just fine, x

all i can say it hurt like hell after the injections wore off and i bled like a stuck pig had to go to a&e to get it looked at and packed (dentist was closed) and to add insult to injury i had to go back to dentist twice to get bits of tooth / bone that had been left buried but was working its way out, that hurt too !!!
