mmmmmm sisters. Shame one had brains and the other one....errrr....had none. Wouldn'tve said no though
I had to turn it off after a while cos her naive stupidity was doing my head in - what a waste of a beautiful house.

Yes I think this episode was a repeat from earlier in the year. I got the impression that the girls were very rich anyway, so didnt really mind if they overspent. I mean who can come up with 260k from nowwhere, plus service a mortgage on a 375k house.

Without Heeding advice, and making the same mistakes they will, sooner or later, come unstuck.

Anyone know if they sold the house and at what price?

Seriously though, what is wrong with people? No matter what suggestions she makes, people always completely ignore her. When will people realise that she is a successful property developer and knows what she is talking about? I find it hard to watch sometimes and just end up screaming at the telly! It is quite funny on the narrating parts when she gets a little dig in at them, she just cant resist!

only saw the last ten minutes but oh boy did i want that house!

CarolG have you ever watched Grand Designs??? Always makes me and my boyfriend chuckle when Kevin McCloed raises all kinds of doubts about the house the people are building!! Majority of the time tho they do prove him wrong!
Oh i laughed so hard at the look of that place when it was finished! Who in their right minds would have bought that place for the 750k that they were wanting for it! I just loved the 3500 tiles in the downstairs loo - really made me appreciate my white bathroom tiles!

I could've wept! That beautiful house ..............

Mind you where I live that house would've gone for 1.5m no problem ,so 700k didn't seem that much. I want it!

I'm going to be a real pedant here but its a favourite bug of mine. Art Deco is a decorative style applied to furniture, jewellery, art ceramics, interior design and only very rarely to architecture. The house we are talking about wasn't Art deco it was in the Modern Style (sometimes called Moderne). Sorry to be a know it all but learning is what this site is all about isnt it?
sorry gary.... <yawn> it was a great house but it would have looked soooo much better with better interior design.... and those sisters were VERY annoying!

Burn her, burn her! and she ripped out that beautiful curved deco wooden bannister and installed a nasty B&Q garden furniture style metal one.

I was weeping along with the rest of you, jsut where do they find these people?
