firewatch yes Henry 8th's time, I'd quite like to visit that too, see what a tyrant he really was beheading all those poor wives .....
I would go back 2 years and 1 day and not get on that train...

Ah kiki-frog - sorry wonder woman - my teenager years , fantasy
anyone suddenly appearing in a time machine in Henry VIII's court would have been executed as a witch pronto.
Oldie and no longer PC but:

Q: Did you enjoy your youth?
A: I suppose so, though I thought it was a bit cheeky of him to ask for ten bob over the agreed price.
lol Mike....................a brandy and babycham did it for me.
I would aim the time machine to land on Henry and become queen :) no one would dare cross me with my witch machine!
Gawd, those brandy and babyshams were bloody expensive.
That's the second man today who's gone all wobbly about my avatar! And to think I was about to change to Fungus the Bogeyman.
Lol at jno, but I'd probably be invisible .......

Oh dear, Craft, I fear that you may live to regret evermore committing such sentiments to the written page. Your secret is safe with me, but as for the others on this site, well, you know what they're like.
I do mike...............they were too tight to buy a brandy and babycham.
Well I would have wanted certain guarantees first.
craft, I'll come with you, just to see what really happened.... :-)
Athens just before the guy runs to where ever from wherever and say to him .You will better be good because the will be trying to better one another for centuries and have the sports days for hundreds of years so are you sure you don't want to take the bus
I think I would avoid the court (I like my head where it is, thank you) but go back to Henry VIII's time. Then the 1820's.
Oh I don't know... I would probably go back to some kind of music festival/performance like Woodstock or Nirvana Unplugged.

I'd love to see my parents when they were my age too :)
I'd like to go back to 1925 and tell my grandmother to take my 18 month old auntie barbara to the doctors immediatley as she has meningitis. She was the only real Auntie I could have had.
I'd also like to go back to 1881 and take my great great grandad some anti-biotics so that my great grandmother wasn't fatherless at 4 years old, mind you, if he hadn't died aged 32 my great great grandmother wouldn't have moved from frampton to tod to get work and my great grandmother wouldn't have met my great grandfather...... maybe best not to meddle eh?
