I AM INTERESTED in buying a caravan. However, I cannot find the caravan that goes with my car. If anyone has a caravan with the license plate J471 PSD could I please buy it from them?

You've got it the wrong way round, madiba - you put your own car's licence plate on it when you are trailing the caravan - no caravan has its separately-numbered licence plate!

So.....................can people find out where you live through your number plate? I'm confused now.

madiba, just buy a static caravan then you won't have to bother. I've got one you can make an offer for.

No tilly - only the police and other approved authorities can trace you via the DVLA.

All I did was bung the reg plate into the tfl congestion charge payment page - which merely confirms the make/model/colour of a vehicle so that the owner knows they are paying for the correct car/bike/lorry.
