I am totally stuck with a thematic answer.
2 D. $100 deducted by charge to enclose strong wind shelter in Seattle (9)
ha?
Nb. This is a themed crossword. A six-letter word has been removed from the answer (what's left doesn't have to be a real word). The six-letter word is a flower or plant. I dont know whether the answer will be ??????ha?
or h??????a? or ha???????. Does anyone have any ideas? I found the clue itself v tricky, so have come up with nothing!

Got it!
Neveracrossword - I'm in same position as you were. Just one clue yet to solve, i.e. 2d = ha?. Cant think of which flower/plant to take out. Any help?
Question Author
Ha? is the start of the word, the American spelling of a word meaning a haven, a place of shelter. The six-letter 'flower' didn't strike me as such - I'd have said it's a herb (used in salads sometimes). Post again if you'd like another clue/nudge!
Got it thanks

What's the deal with the green and blue shading?
Completely green lights are answers with a flower removed first eg 2d Harborage - borage = HAR.

The remaining cells in the top and bottom rows are blue to distinguish the 'good question' (6 words)
