I was watching the semi-finals of the women's beach volleyball and, within the first five minutes, there was a dreadful wrist injury.
Still, with the help of an ice pack I should be okay for the final?

They'd spent the day at Horse Guards.
They had tickets for Centre Court to see what was billed as a mix of Men's matches and Women's.
In fact, the organisers had moved all the men's matches to outer courts where about 50 spectators were watching, and the centre court staged just women's matches with about 5,000 spectators.
