I can work as of thursday (16th)...

The pay day is 26th....

No doubt ill miss the cut off date......

So will i actually be peniless untill 26 sept?? :0(

My last "sign on" day will be thurs aswell :0/ eek.

the store i work in are the3 same, you start when you start and you get paid when you get paid, if you miss the cut-off there is nothing can be done, however, I do tend to start people on the 1st of the month which gets them a full months pay by the end of the month less of course any overtime worked that month, same as all staff. In your case I would ask for a transition loan from the DWP to put you on and they will ask for it back in a week or so.

Looks like a sort of crisis loan for living exps dotty. Pretty crap my first wage ill owe some of LOL but lucky theres something in place for a few weeks to help me out!

Just need to get from job confirmation that theres no advanve and what my paydate is then hand tht to the social fund and take it from there xx
