I am so sorry but my question was quite a serious one. I made the mistake of calling it Dutch Cap. It must be some sort of net which you can wear under a wig. It is for a cancer patient friend of mine.

I wonder whether her GP/Cancer Support Services could point her in the right direction..

(i really am hoping that my link works, they dont like me much!) it's just called a wig cap, so if you search for that you should find something if the link is useless!
May I just say that some hairdressers specialise in styling wigs (much different to ordinary styling apparently) to suit the wearer which can make them look amazing. Apologies if your friend already knows that but I didn't until long after my own hair grew back & I wish someone had told me.
I wish your friend well x
