1. Upload picture to http://www.tinypic.com
2. Copy and paste a link into post on Chatterbank.
3. Choose the shortest of the offered links.
If that doesn't work, try this:
4. Go to http://www.tinypic.com
5. Follow instructions to upload picture.
6. Make a note of link for email and IM.
7. Go to AnswerBank and enter link into Post a Reply box.

Point 6. You don't need to make a note. Just copy and paste.
