I study music and she started following me after I played a solo in a class. She's really lovely and quite beautiful, but I feel she is wasting her time with me.

Looks are really not the issue here. She's simply fallen for your personality and guess what.... it happens!

You seem to like her too as you speak about her in such a respectful way.

Ask her out, immediately. It may be the best thing you've ever done. It may not, but just because some things don't work out doesn't make them mistakes.
