Go into "my computer", or it might just be "computer". There 'll see various drives all labelled from C onwards.
"System" will prob be "C" then if you've a DVD writer, that will poss be "D". There may or may not be something else under "E". When I connect my phone, it always asigns "F" and "G" to the phone. The reason it uses 2 letters, is 'cos my phone has a memory card, so "F" is for the phone's internal memory and "G" is for the memory card.
Double click on the letter associated with your phone and locate the folder that contains the pictures, etc. Just drag them across and drop them onto your desktop, or wherever is convenient.
