Has learning difficulties but does have an ability to 'regret what she did'. In other words, knows right from wrong.
Those that know my views on things can guess what I think should happen to her. Anyone else's thoughts?

Her lawyer said that she regretted what she did. Whether she did or not is debatable. Judging from the pictures of the boyfriend and her they don't look to be at the worst end of the 'learning difficulties ' spectrum. They're probably just two pieces of human dirt that don't care about anything.

BOO - I was so angry at the failure of the RSPCA to act on behalf of this poor, tortured dog (they actually visited and apparently offered advice, so why the hell didnt they go back and keep a check on this poor animal) that I have written to them telling them just what I think about their neglect in this case. Like you, I can't stand them. All too oftren I read reports such as this where they could have saved the animal, but it comes far too late.
What this dog went through beggars belief. Never coming out of that cage, never eating, never drinking, lying in it's own filth and all the time this vile couple must have cooked and ate food in front of it. God, it makes my blood boil.

Sadly, its not an isolated case, only today this is in The Mail.
