download problem

dear sir have just downloded i film from sharemovies.com

and my windows meder player will not play this file

the mesage on the screen tells my it might be a URL PROBLEM or a corupt file

as this is the frif time i have donloded a movie i do no know if this is somthing i did rong or it is somthing to do with the web site i download it from please could you help me to get this file to ron

it's a different program for playing videos, and plays more than media player does by default.

if that doesn't play it, i'd think its likely that the film wasn't downloaded correctly.
