Are there any Eddie Stobart saddos out there like me? i have been a Stobart spotter for about three years, great fun met some nice folk, i am about number 745 on the spotters list with about 900 spots but some of those are double or treble spots. Have a go if you like i am up for any ribbing.

naomi just the Stobart wagons have the names, they are at two places on the front of the wago near the grill or over the front wheel arch, and sometimes over the drivers door.

twr i have just retired from a life of driving and i have upmost respect for these lads, did not realise the wages were poor for such an important job they do

Interesting! reading the manuals for my car yesterday, did you know it it is legality to leave your manuals with your car when selling? the bookwork is from a German car. you learn something new everyday.

It would open your eyes Mick, I used to carry on General Haulage & often went into Felixstowe Docks, for the Container Drivers that use this site are aware, you could be waiting for a container for hours on end then the expect you in say Bristol in the afternoon, then we were working 16>>17hrs Legally a day, you can now be on duty 15hrs, I miss them like a hole in the head, you had jump up traffic clerks trying to tell you how long it takes you to get from A>>B because a computer tell you how long it takes, they used to say that to me, my answer to that If the computer is that fckg smart as the bloody thing to drive it then.

I left the manual for my last car in it when i sold it, am i a criminal now in german law? oh dear, left the manual for my daf 44 in it in 1979, i was already a criminal for trying to run that car though.
