Yes I think it does. The church needs a leader rather than a mumbling, directionless, old hippy.

The Welsh Goat can't go quickly enough - appoint someone who can run a business, handle crises, and make decisions, yet is a man of his convictions. Welby offers that. Bet the Vatican and the Muslims are looking on with some trepidation that now there will be some one to stand up to them.
