I hate mayo (too eggy and claggy for me), so my marie rose sauce is made with very lightly whipped double cream, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, dash of tabasco, cayenne, chilli and salt and pepper.

I'll bring the alcohol! :)

A Vicars Choice for me (NZ Sauv Blanc) or an Allegory (Oz West part and a Semillion-Sauv Blanc).
