email missing files?

when i get emails for anything for instance argos ,if i try to click on it to take me direct to it i get this message..... "this file does not have a program associated with it ,please install a program, or if one is already installed create an association in defulut programs"
running with windows 7 live mail
any ideas

Windows has lost the information which tells it which browser to open web links in.

If you're using Internet Explorer as you're preferred browser, follow these instructions:

Other browsers also have a 'make default' button somewhere within their settings. e.g. Firefox:
