southern mist

i have half a bottle of 'southern mist. left from last Christmas will it still be fit to drink? its similar to Baileys with cream and whisky in it.

I'd chuck it out, it might be off if it has cream in it.

But don't be tempted to mix it with the oatmeal and make fat cakes!

I'd get tanked on something else first, so by the time you get to the southern mist....well, you probably will be !

thanks everyone, yes I am having a clear out, got to make space for the Christmas goodies, the trouble is I buy stuff to try out different recipes and don't get round to finishing stuff and it gets pushed to the back nd forgtten, not a good plan when you hate wasting food, but thats me i'm afraid.

Funnily enough, I finished off a bottle of Baileys from last Christmas last night, a large glass full. It looked and tasted fine and I had no ill effect at all..so if I was you I'd drink it.
