I don't know if its period pains or a sore stomach... but it's bloody sore. I've taken a pain killer.

Any thoughts what could be wrong?

You can treat it better if you can work out whether it's digestive or your period....

Your stomach and your uterus are quite a distance away from each other, if you can't work out which one is sore then there is no hope of anyone else having a clue.
