why would you want to clean an intercooler and how do you know it needs cleaning ??
only air passes through it if it is blocked internally you have a serious engine/turbo problem....
unless its clogged with leaves/debris on the outer fins...then that would be a quick blast with an air line..

Thanks a mill. I have had to replace the turbo,camp belt,water pump etc and found that most lines were filled with sludge. I have taken the inter cooler off and have found same..
