I love everything about Christmas. The family get-togethers, the food, the drink, the 2 days off work, the footy on Boxing Day, the turkey leftovers, the decorations (which I don't put up till a couple of weekends before the Big
Day) the cards and presents - oh yes, I love EVERYTHING about Christmas. I intend having the best one EVER this year :-)

I looked forward to it as a kid, it was fine as a youth, it became more tedious as I grew older. Now it is just the break and food/drink and relaxation I look forward to, and the stress and arguments that I dread. Dislike spending an evening writing "blessed" cards too. And I do hope the family doesn't go buy a "Flipping crown" yet again thus losing the best bits of the bird. Still; I find a good brandy helps.
