I've put two packs of diced lean steak in my slow croc-pot with a little garlic, carrots, onions, herbs, red wine and stock and just going to let it cook. I've also peeled a big saucepanful of potatoes. It's handy when it's cold outside and people are coming in a different times to eat.

I did sausage with onion gravy, peas, carrots, mashed potato and popped it all into a massive yorkshire pudding,so filling but delicious.
Our local Carribean take away has just been fined £2000 for selling goat curry laced with salmonella/ e.coli

Just had a nice macaroni cheese, I hadn't made one in ages and fancied it :-)
I was going to have bacon, roasted tomatoes and potato dauphinois (but Asda substituted the potato stuff with meatballs in tomato sauce (yuck)) so now I am not too sure.
Nah fluffy, you go... get me another bottle of merlot while you're at it, this ones only good for two glasses.
Had stewed apples, some blueberries and rasps covered in low fat custard. All leftovers, but quite yummy and filling.
its a bit cold tho, and i have wine, bit close to MC time to venture out now. and its cold out there
