If I understand your rather brief question correctly, you can set IE to display any page you like, or be blank as yours apparantly now is, from the 'internet options' sub-menu on the 'Tools' menu.
Why cant you uninstall it, from 'add-remove programs' in control panel?

Do you mean a completely blank page, or a "page not found" (or similar) page? Assuming the latter, if you can type something into the address bar and it takes you to the site, it is just your homepage that has gone AWOL. If you cannot get to any site, it may be that your connection settings are incorrect.

In the first case (IE is working, it's just a home page error) go to the site you want as your home page, then click Tools>Internet Options. Under the "General" tab, there is an option to "Use Current" as your home page. Press the button and you're set.

The second case is a bit more tricky, and you may need details from your ISP; plus the solution varies if you are on dial-up or broadband, so more details needed!

impret-sir,thanks for your reply but i do not have it in add - remove,i have tried to remove it with norton system works, but it is protected ,ihave down loaded internet explorer 6 but it will not install because i have it aready ,i have tried changing my home page but still no joy.i have broadband ,mozilla firefox working fine but explorer.thanks mal

You cannot uninstall IE as it is an integral part of Windows.

It sounds to me that your browser has been hijacked. Refer to this page for removal advice.
