I have just checked the 15 million previously posted questions relating to this (that surprisingly people fail to see!) and it goes back as far as 6/11.

Sorry people, i'll remember next time to search the whole of AB's questions and answers before i post just to be sure not to cause other posters the stress and obvious heartache thay go through when seeing duplicate answers. I think i should be thrased with wet twigs for not seeing that this question had been asked before and should perhaps restrict myself to just visiting the site to read and not try to answer where possible.
