Hi I posted the above a little while ago, and Squad kindly came back with his opinion on it, which I didn't doubt as it's been a troublesome year.... however, I gave up smoking shortly after (on those E-Cigs), and the pounding/trembling all but stopped. I had a relapse last night, and smoked about 4 real cigs, and when I went to bed I had the pounding again for ages and I couldn't sleep, and slight trembling this morn in my hands and arms and then I started to vomit, or rather to retch quite voilently as I'd nothing to eat or drink but feel absolutley ok now. So today, feeling very ashamed & guilty at my weakness, I'm also thinking that my smoking may have caused/contributed to this prob (which is even more reasons to stay off them)? I smoked around 15/20 on a normal day if I had a drink this would increase by at least ten.
