If the largest group having racist crimes committed against them were Asian.
/// In 2011-12, where ethnic origin of the victim was known, 44% of victims were of Asian origin - comprising Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Chinese or other Asian the largest group being Pakistani at 23% ///
And, the second largest group were White British.
/// The second largest ethnic group of victims of racist incidents in 2011-12 was white British ///
Who I ask is committing these acts of racism, surely it can't be the Scots because aren't they also 'White British'?

It is well known that Pakistanis and Indians can be racist towards each other. So why do you not accept that English and Scots cannot be racist towards each other?

Was referring to the reports findings /// The second largest ethnic group of victims of racist incidents in 2011-12 was white
British ///
If they were referring to the White Englishman, why didn't they put that?
Have we lost our national identity so much, that we are no longer referred to as Englishmen?
